Fari Stalo, founded in 2019 by Alexandre C. Robert and Alexandre Lamoureux, is a multidisciplinary team of experts in civil and mechanical engineering.. With the addition of Issam Bekkali as associate engineer in 2023, we continue to strengthen our expertise and expand our service offering to a diverse clientele in the construction sector.
Our unique approach is based on close collaboration between our engineers, technicians, designers, draftsmen and managers to provide innovative and personalized solutions. We are committed to bringing our specialized expertise to the service of entrepreneurs and the public domain, highlighting our passion for meeting the most complex challenges and our ability to carry out large-scale projects.

Alexandre C. Robert
Engineer / Project manager / Associate
A graduate of the École Polytechnique de Montréal in mechanical engineering, Alexandre has an atypical and varied professional background. He participated in a wide range of heterogeneous projects, allowing him to implement all his creativity and develop an exceptional capacity for adaptation.
Alexandre Lamoureux
Engineer / Project manager / Associate
A graduate of ÉTS in construction engineering, Alexandre has participated in several large-scale projects since the start of his career. His experience is varied, both in the areas of practice in which he has worked and in the roles he has assumed. At Fari Stalo, he takes care of the design of formwork, repair, structural and scaffolding work.
Issam Bekkali
Sr. Engineer. / Project manager / Associate
Graduated from the École Polytechnique de Montréal in civil engineering in 2010, has solid experience with bridges and structures. He has carried out several large-scale projects on bridges, Jacques-Cartier, Champlain, and the Ministry of Transport of Quebec (design, evaluation, inspection, construction method and emergency work).
Claudie Mongeon-Guindon
Administrative Director / Responsible for the protection of personal information
A graduate of the University of Quebec in Outaouais in Administration, Claudie holds several positions: Human Resources, Administration, Accounting, Material Resources, and others. She actively participates in projects, business development and touches all aspects of the company.
Mohammad Saad
Designer / PhD Candidate
A graduate of the University of Balamand in Lebanon and civil engineering and currently pursuing his Ph.D. in transport engineering at the École de Technologie Supérieure de Montréal (ÉTS), Mohammad has extensive international experience. He participates in the design, supervision, and coordination of construction activities on different projects.
Nicolas Bibeau
Designer
A graduate of ÉTS in mechanical engineering, Nicolas began his career within the Fari Stalo team. He is responsible for modeling systems and producing shop drawings, but he also participates in the general design and the development of calculation notes.
Hongwen Liu
Industrial Designer
A graduate in Industrial Design from the Centre d’études professionnelles Saint-Jérôme, Hongwen was honored as the #1 outstanding graduate of her cohort. She also holds a PhD in Physics from Peking University. Before coming to Canada, she worked as an experimental physicist in an academic environment. At Fari Stalo, she is responsible for system modelling and drawing production.
